Health & Safety Training

The Council delivers a range of Health and Safety training courses in line with statutory requirements that ensures the workforce is adequately qualified in this area. These are delivered to Council employees, schools and to private, voluntary and independent sector organisations that the Council has a duty to support. Training providers should be flexible to meet the needs of different services areas, when this is required. The Council intend to appoint suitably qualified training providers onto a Framework Agreement for the provision of Health and Safety training.
