Graphical Communication Technical Support

The supplier is to interpret the technical details of HMRC's IT technology stack now and planned for the future, then produce graphics to support understanding by technical lay-people (including Ministers) of the changes and the future pathway. The outputs are required for a business case going to the DG of CDIO Group by mid-April and then Treasury in July for funding approval booked before Parliament goes into Summer Recess. It's three months' work, using a small team from the supplier on an outcome basis.
