Description

The perimeter roof abutment flashing proposed to be replaced with a more tactile and malleable product. The present detail could be improved significantly to get surface water away from the abutment. Application of a clear liquid film coating on the roof light to be implemented prior to the flashing replacement work being undertaken and a thorough clean, degrease and all flashings and trims to be revisited and fixed where loose.
