Description
These research services support us in our communications work by providing important baselines and insights pre-campaign and on overall government priorities, and by providing key measurements and insights post-campaign, which feed into future campaign and communications planning. This helps the Design102 team to support critical communications priorities across government, such as increasing awareness and access to important government services. Without access to these research services we will lose access to this invaluable insight as well as be unable to measure the impact of our comms work, and plan for future work. This presents a considerable risk to the strategy team, as we need to regularly evaluate our communications activity to ensure it is fit for purpose for our range of government clients.
