Rough Sleeper Housing Support - Integrated Floating Support - AWARD

In accordance with clause 2 of Schedule 6 of the Framework Agreement, The Council would like to Call off contract for Integrated Floating Support Service. Connection Support should submit the following information no later than 24th April 2023. 1 - One year price, with detailed breakdown on a spreadsheet based on the activity level detailed in RSI Staffing model 2 - A team / organisation chart which shows all fourteen posts, line management and lines of accountability Please note - We will require Connection Support to submit a draft timetable regarding the transition from Next Steps and Housing First to the new service at a later stage
