Huntingdonshire District Council operates a swimming pool and leisure complex (branded "One Leisure") on a site shared with the school at Barford Road, Eynesbury, ST NEOTS. Cambridgeshire, PE19 2SA. Summary of the Requirement: Refurbishment and making good of the highlighted areas within One Leisure, St.Neots, generally comprising of:- • Isolation and making safe of mechanical, plumbing and electrical services • Stripping back, making good and preparing all surfaces. • Installation of new door sets and ironmongery • Design and installation of new M&E services with modern low energy consumption equivalent. • Re-lining of swimming pool by Clients Preferred Contractor. • Re-commissioning of all building services • Sparkle clean of surfaces ready for immediate use.
