High Peak Borough Council wishes to invite tenders for Chapel Master Plan Delivery. High Peak Borough Council is inviting tenders for the procurement of an independent commercial adviser to lead negotiations with interested parties on behalf of the Council with a view to: • Delivering employment space suited to the needs of local businesses or inward investors and broadly in line with the Chapel-en-le-Frith employment sites masterplan. • Delivering best value for Council assets and achieving community benefits. • Undertaking key tasks that include carrying out land valuations, preparing development briefs and assessing and preparing development appraisals as and when required.
