High Peak Borough Council is inviting tenders for the procurement of an independent commercial adviser to lead negotiations with interested parties on behalf of the Council with a view to: • Delivering employment space suited to the needs of local businesses or inward investors and broadly in line with the Chapel-en-le-Frith employment sites masterplan. • Delivering best value for Council assets and achieving community benefits. • Undertaking key tasks that include carrying out land valuations, preparing development briefs and assessing and preparing development appraisals as and when required.
