Lifeguard Corps Building Refurbishment Works - Mechanical and Electrical Services Work Package

The Council is seeking a supplier for the design and installation of the mechanical and electrical works at the Bournemouth Lifeguards Corps Building located at the base of West Cliff Zig Zag, Bournemouth, BH2 5JB, all in accordance with the drawings and specification issued by Meridian Electrical Contracting who have been employed by BCP Council as M&E consultants. BCP Council will provide welfare facilities and site curtilage security.\r \r Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole Council's Construction Works Team have been appointed to part demolish and rebuild the headquarters of the Bournemouth Lifeguards Corps Building located at the base of West Cliff Zig Zag, Bournemouth, BH2 5JB.\r \r Works started on site on 13th November 2023, with completion due March 2025.\r \r The contract start date for the Mechanical and Electrical Services Work Package is anticipated to be 26th February 2024. The contract will be for fifteen months.
