Preston's College are inviting Tenders on behalf of The Lancashire Employment and Skills Executive Partnership for the following contract:- A programme to support young people who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or at risk of becoming NEET in the Lancashire LEP area. To include re-engagement activities and the provision of personalised packages of support to tackle attendance, attainment, performance and behavioural issues enabling young people to 'move on' successfully into work or further learning including apprenticeships.
