Legal Services Framework

Karbon Homes are currently in the process of renewing our existing Legal Services Framework to ensure continuity of service while taking the opportunity to enhance its scope and value. As part of this renewal, we have opened it up to other Housing Associations, enabling broader collaboration and shared benefits across participating organisations. We are working towards a planned tender release of March 2026 and are presently finalising the required documentation pack. We’d like to carry out a Pre Market Engagement exercise to define our requirements, increase our understanding of the market, and to reflect our commitment to transparency, collaboration, and delivering best value for all stakeholders involved.
