1. Project Design and installation of a pedestrian lighting scheme for Knowle Village Hall car park 2. Site address Knowle Village Hall, Knowle Avenue, Fareham, Hampshire PO17 5GR 3. Scope of the works Tenders are invited for the design and installation of a discrete lighting system sympathetic to the semi-rural surroundings of Knowle. The proposed lighting is to ensure customer safety when accessing and leaving Knowle Village Hall and the car park. The area suffers from some vandalism and adjoins a football pitch and the proposals must respond to these challenges.
