MEDSTEAD PARISH COUNCIL PARISH OFFICE

Medstead Parish Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor through a competitive quotation exercise to build a Parish Office at Sports Pavilion, Medstead Green, Roe Downs Road, Medstead Hampshire GU34 5LG. The works will include:-  Construction of foundations.  Removal of all waste spoil;  Building size approx. 65sq Metres.  Re-position the existing drains.  Construction of flat roof building to be timber framed with external cladding.  Planning not required as permitted development.  Company to take control of the whole process including building regulations. Medstead Parish Council expect the site to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready for immediate use and for all relevant Health & Safety legislation and guidance to be followed.
