Description
a) The contractor will use the online annotation software BIIGLE to analyse all the imagery for this project b) The purpose of the analysis of the video/stills is to identify habitats and provide data on the characteristics of the physical habitat and species composition. c) Video tows are to be reviewed and sub-divided into separate video section as necessary based on changes in habitat and, within these segments, sub-sectioned into 5m segments with each section to be treated as a separate record. Cefas video and still processing protocol provided d) All stills are required to be analysed e) Detailed instructions are provided in the imagery specification document provided. f) A minimum of 10% of the videos and stills should be re-analysed for QA purposes and reported back. g) An external QA (10% reanalysis) will be undertaken in advance of final data delivery. Following award of the contract, and dependent on the evaluation scores they achieved, unsuccessful bidders may be invited to undertake the independent external QA aspects of this project.
