Barbour provides a single source of information for all Health & Safety and Environmental Regulations and gives access to an extensive library of resources. Furthermore, it provides access to information relating to building and occupational health information for wider use in MCA. Access to the system will reduce the need for specialist Health and Safety and Environmental advisory services by allowing direct access to a system that can be efficiently interrogated by topics, regulations, and incident themes. Furthermore, it will provide direct access to training material and best practice from other sectors that will allow the MCA to build on its current practice and enhance the compliance programme.
