The Abbey, Staveley - Affordable Housing Scheme

The Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Registered Providers to develop and then manage a general needs affordable housing scheme on the site of the former Abbey Care Home, Staveley. Increased provision of affordable housing is a key facet of the Council's Vision, and the Council is particularly keen to see innovative design alongside significant levels of Green/ eco measures.
