PRO.104.19 - Church Walk Ventiliation Asset Replacement

1.4St Mungo's is seeking a partner with the skills, experience and financial capacity to deliver the replacement of both Commercial Heating and ventilation systems throughout 136 Church Walk. Church Walk provides housing related support and temporary accommodation to women aged 18-65 who are homeless and additionally vulnerable. Accepts single homeless women with high and medium support needs, including rough sleepers, those with substance use/mental health/complex needs and ex-offenders. The property forms part of the adjoining Church as is purpose designed to provide shared accommodation for vulnerable residents. The contract will be a D&B JCT Minor Works Building Contract.
