Pre Employment Checks

The Essex County Council (ECC) eDBS Service currently processes Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) checks for internal staff, and also provides the service to External Customer Organisations across the UK. ECC is seeking to replace its current service provision with a service that will include a wider range of pre-employment checks. For further information please see the specification available on the portal. Potential suppliers must be licensed to carry out eDBS checks.
