Ongo Partnership Human Resources and Finance Department manage the payroll service for the Ongo group as per the Group Structure, Appendix 1. There are approximately 350 employees across the group. We consider ourselves to have standard payroll needs. We do offer overtime pay. Most salaries are fixed. We operate a health scheme which is deducted from wages. We also operate salary sacrifice schemes for cars, bikes, childcare vouchers and appliances. We operate two different pension schemes, one being a local government pension and a DC Aviva Pensions scheme.
