Description

London Borough of Hillingdon ( the Council) is seeking qualified companies to enter into an agreements to provide as-needed pump set maintenance services, which consist of Freshwater Operations and Wastewater Operations, and include, but are not limited to, inspecting for proper operation; recording/logging the operation; maintaining equipment functioning properly; checking meters, gauges, pumps and control panels to verify proper operation of the equipment; and reporting to the Contract Administrator (CA) any improper discharge of wastewater and/or any low water levels, etc., that may be found in the treatment facility, services and operation. In addition to providing the required services, contractor must be able to respond within 24 hours notice when necessary. Pursuant to the Council, the resulting agreement is for the provision of temporary services and maintenance on an as-needed basis. Additionally, contractors shall have the required licenses and certifications, as described in the tender technical specification. As of release of this, services are to be provided for twenty(20) freshwater /surface water facilities, ten(10) wastewater facilities and three (03) others pump sets.
