Description

The main objective is to complete the programme design and ensure efficient and effective implementation of the AcT-2 programme in accordance with the AcT-2 Business Case. The design and implementation of AcT-2 Design should promote the achievement of specific results at outcome and impact level. These are - Outcome: Increased accountability and responsiveness from the Government of Tanzania to its citizens; and, through this enable, Impact: Improved access to entitlements, public goods and services for all Tanzanian citizens To maximize results, the supplier will ensure programme delivery is flexible, adaptive and politically-informed; that value for money is optimised for DFID and intended beneficiaries in Tanzania; and that the programme complies with all UK Government and DFID requirements as stipulated in the DFID Smart Rules and various policy documents.
