HAC6050: Adult Weight Management Tier 2 (Specialist)

Tower Hamlets Public Health currently commission two specialist tier 2 weight management programmes for adults with learning disabilities (contract value £50,000) and physical disabilities (£60,000) on rolling one-year contracts. The current contracts expire on 28th February 2025.
