Description

Lot 1: a single supplier to provide Hard Facilities Management Services. The services shall be required at POL portfolio of Secure Warehouses, Admin Centres and retail operations. The Hard FM Supplier shall work closely with the POL's Property Team to develop robust, transparent and auditable processes that deliver management information that supports the POL's principles and legal obligations in terms of compliance, cost control and work flow management. POL are likely to continue to franchise branches to independent Postmasters, moving services from standalone Post Offices ('PO's') into retailers premises. Should this take place, there will be a likely significant reduction in the level of spend against the contract. Note: This notice replaces the previously issued notice for the same contract (which has now been withdrawn) to correct an administrative error in relation to the published value. The Original Notice: Published date: 1 June 2021 titled "Lot 1 - PROPERTY HARD FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES" was raised via Post Office's Web3 Portal. Because the previous notices were raised via a third party portal, we have had to answer "No" to the question "Has a notice related to this procurement already been published?" However, for the avoidance of doubt a notice was previously issued.
