Public Key Infrastructure Health Check

This contract is for a supplier to provide a comprehensive Information Technology (IT) Enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) assessment service. The service will include a full review of PKI governance and operational documentation, an evaluation of the existing PKI architecture, and a detailed technical health check of all PKI platform components. The Supplier will be responsible for delivering a holistic view of the Ofgem's current PKI environment, enabling informed decision-making, improved security assurance, and more efficient management of cryptographic services. Under this Call-Off Contract, the Supplier will assess the current state of the PKI service, identify risks and areas for improvement, and provide clear recommendations to support the Ofgem's ongoing operational and strategic objectives.
