The requirement for the design of the telemetry and automation systems of the Penzance Lock gates is set out in the Scope of works document in accordance with the supplied information, drawings, reports and surveys. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 80% Price and 20% Quality.
