Tackling Digital Exclusion

Nottinghamshire County Council will be providing tablet devices (Lenovo Tab M10 Tablets with Android 9) to Service Users and through this tender sought a single Provider to provide instruction and on-going support to the Service Users. As the digital exclusion is being experienced now by many individuals due to the restrictions imposed around the Covid-19 Pandemic there is real urgency to deliver and provide support as quickly as possible. The Council will be using the Open Accelerated Procedure to commission a Provider to facilitate a quick roll out of devices and associated support.
