Description
This is a call off from our internal framework FRA080: Materials Systems Transformation (MST) Framework (Lots 1 & 2). The overall aim of the work is to consider of the impacts of a requirement for the separate presentation and collection of plastic film and textiles as part of the workplace recycling law in Wales. The baseline for this analysis should include the outcomes as modelled in the 2025 RIA for phases 1 and 2 of the Workplace Recycling Regs. The successful contractor will: • build a model capable of processing all required data to deliver the new RIA to include the additional material streams; • present the findings in the format of an RIA, in a similar format to be consistent with the one published by the Welsh Government in 2019, 2023 and 2025
