Description
The main technology (enterprise resource planning) solution in play to support these activities is a shared instance of Oracle R12 (known as SOP), which has limited functionality around data collection, master data management, data translation/transformation, analysis/insight and reporting. To fill capability gaps, CO People and Places (P&P) bought a SaaS (software as a service) workforce planning data solution in March 2020, as an interim solution until a new ERP system is implemented.
