Passive Infrastructure Call Off Contract (PICOC)

There is a requirement to procure Information Communication Services (ICS) passive infrastructire equipment including fixtures and fittings for ICS consumables required to complete Commuication Planning Office tasks. Equipment includes cables, cabinets, containment, fixtures and fittings. The requirement is to set up a call-off framework which can be accessed via the MOD Contracting and Purchasing and Finance (CP&F) tool. The intent is to speed up the procurement process for passive infrastructure and allow the demander to order the items without delays currently experienced via CP&F.
