Redbridge House Refurbishment (Call off from PCF) - AWARD

The council is inviting tenders from suppliers on the Primary Contractor Framework who expressed an interest in the refurbishment works to Redbridge House. The contract will be let on JCT Intermediate Building Contract with Contractor Design Portion, 2024 Edition. The timetable is below. Although the council does not intend to make any changes to this timetable, should it be required suppliers will be notified as soon as possible via InTend clarifications.
