Provision of Resource Green Book Compliant Project Appraisal Services

GM Business Support Ltd wishes to create a pool of between 6 and 8 Consultant Project Appraisers to work alongside both the Textiles Growth Programme (TGP) and the Greater Manchester Export Fund (GMEF) to deliver Green Book compliant project appraisals as approved by the relevant investment boards for the two programmes. Consultant Project Appraisers will be required to conduct grant application appraisals on a project by project basis using the application documentation supplied by the Programme. Appraisers will work as directed by the Programme Manager to the agreed quality standards and within the deadlines advised by the Programme Manager.
