Description

The Authority wishes to appoint a framework of up to 8 contactors to provide Asbestos Surveying including in-house air monitoring, analytical services and Consultancy Services across a variety of properties within the geographical boundaries of those highlighted bodies detailed with Invitation to Tender and OJEU notice. To comply with this requirement the Authority is looking to set-up a framework agreement with up to 8 retained consultancies to: - Carry out re-inspections, Management and Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, - Carryout asbestos sampling when required, - Provide an air monitoring and consultancy services, - Provide asbestos project management when required. It is difficult to predict the exact value of this contract as the Authorities' requirements are likely to vary over the Framework Agreement term, but it is estimated that the total value will not be less than 100 000 GBP or greater than 5 000 000 GBP depending on the number of bodies access the Framework Agreement. The estimated spend figure for this framework is based on the potential usage for those expressing an interest but allowing sufficient spend should other eligible parties decide to utilise the framework. The deadline for Potential Providers' ITT clarification questions shall be Monday 8.10.2018.
