To assist the Council's Planning Service • Validate electronic applications submitted using the Planning Portal • Process all payments through the Planning Portal FTS • Technically validate Minor & Other application types based on both national rules and local validation lists • Allocate applications to case officers • Manage invalid applications working with agents and applicants • Manage incoming queries via email and phone
