B2G Framework: The supply and installation of external window and doorsets, and all associated works, supplies and services

Gold Hill Housing Association has appointed B2G to run frameworks that help contracting authorities across the UK to build and maintain property and, in so doing, deliver commercial and social value. This framework is for use by UK contracting authorities to procure the new or continued services of system suppliers to supply and install PVC-U, Aluminium and Timber-frame window and doorsets, and all associated works, supplies and services, for both residential and non-residential property. System suppliers should be proven specialists in at least one material. In managing the replacement programmes it is expected that GRP/steel/communal entrance doorsets may also be supplied or installed as part of the associated works, supplies and services, but specialist suppliers of these doorsets are best suited to be sub-contracted by the suppliers appointed to this framework to deliver those aspects of a contract. (For the avoidance of doubt, a framework exclusively for bespoke entrance doorset specialists is planned) Following conversations with those who expressed interest in the PIN, the framework's remit has been extended.
