Description
Sefton council is seeking bids from interested providers for a Coroners Removals Service across the boroughs of Sefton, Knowsley & St Helens for the period 1st December 2021 to 30th November 2024 with the option for 2 further extensions, each of 12 months. The requirement is accordingly split across the following lots:- Lot 1 Sefton North Lot 2 Sefton South Lot 3 Knowsley Lot 4 St Helens The service is for the removal of deceased persons to a designated mortuary at the instruction of HM Coroner for Sefton, Knowsley and St Helens (Coroner's Removals). The service is designed to provide a respectful, dignified, efficient and speedy removal of the bodies of deceased persons from their place of death to the relevant mortuary facility.
