Homes England is working with Government partners to explore a nationally significant opportunity to deliver a new settlement in Bedfordshire, supported by major infrastructure including new rail stations. The opportunity is underpinned by its location within the Oxford Cambridge Growth Corridor, at the intersection of the East Coast Mainline and East West Rail providing exceptional connectivity to Cambridge, London, Bedford and Milton Keynes.
