Requirement: To provide a data evidenced market analysis of the University's position in the UK HE market. To include: Demand in our market footprint - an analysis of the University's place in the HE market and how demand will change in the future given trends in population, entry rates to HE, etc. Performance against competition - an analysis of the University's market share in its market footprint and relative performance against competitors in that footprint Demand for our portfolio amongst our demographic and footprint - a more granular view of the above at a subject level to give insight into the future sustainability of existing areas of the portfolio Portfolio futures - an analysis of where there might be opportunities in the future based on demand and supply trends at a subject level Pricing should be segmented so that different elements can be procured rather than an all or nothing approach.
