Clinical System Platform

RNOH is the issuing authority. RNOH seeks the development and implementation of an Open-Source Clinical System Platform to be made freely available to the NHS on a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence with an unrestricted right for NHS organisations (as below) to adapt, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute; with no obligation to request further licences, consents or permission from the supplier for use of the same. For the avoidance of doubt this procurement is a joint procurement.
