Construction Consultancy - Harwich / Dovercourt Station

It is Essex Police's intention to co-locate with Essex Fire and rescue Service at their existing Harwich and Dovercourt Fire Station. Essex Police wishes to proceed with the development and construction of a new 2 storey stand alone bespoke Police Station for use exclusively by Essex Police. Works will also include the demolition of an existing domestic property at the site and creation of a secure compound with parking and electrical generator. This contract is awarded under the NHS Shared Business Services Construction Consultancy 2 Framework (SBS/17/NH/PZR/9256) The values stated are the estimated value range of the contract.
