P4103130A - Provision of Legal Adviser for the Passenger Services Commercial Model Design Team

This variation is being issued to extend the contract between the Authority and the Supplier. The Terms and Conditions of the Contract as previously agreed and amended between the Authority and the Supplier will still apply but with the following amendments: - The contract value has been extended by an additional £390,000 excluding VAT and the total contract value is up to £3,833,000 excluding VAT. The contract duration has been extended by 12 months and the new contract expiry date is 7th February 2024.
