Description
Housing and Care21 has a requirement for a new warden call supplier to maintain the existing stock of warden call products across the estate. HC21 consists of 460 courts and is up grading the analogue warden call system to a digitalised system. This initiative will take approximate five years and during the transition from analogue to digital there is a need for maintenance services to be provided for the existing analogue service (the new digitalised service may also be included in this tender). The approx annualised spend is approximate £500k, and contract term will be one to five years. Please note that the quantity of analogue products will reduce as the transition to digital increases. Ensure responses to this RFI are submitted by Thursday 4th January .
