Washingborough Play Park Upgrade

INVITATION TO TENDER : Washingborough Play Park Washingborough Parish Council is inviting tenders in relation to the refurbishment of the Fen Road Play Park in Washingborough, Lincoln. LN4 1AB Works to include the design, supply, and installation of play equipment to update and improve the existing play park. Works will also include the removal and responsible disposal of old equipment, project management, and safety certification. SUBMISSIONS: Closing Date/Time for Submission of Quotations is 7th March 2022 @12.00noon. No quotes will be accepted after this deadline. Quotations can be submitted earlier than the above date. All quotations received by the due date will be opened on 8th March 2022. The estimated contract award date is 30th March 2022. Quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope for the attention of the Parish Clerk, marked Play Park Tender to Washingborough Parish Council, Civic Office, Fen Road, Washingborough, Lincoln, LN4 1AB. TENDERS SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. It should be emphasized that the Parish Council is not obliged to accept the lowest price when considering tenders. Tenderers may seek clarifications on any points of doubt during the bidding period, before submitting their tender response.
