Description
North Yorkshire Council is looking to enter into up to three contracts for the provision of Site and Event Security services across the County. This procurement will be broken down into 3 Lots: • Lot 1 – Site Security for Harrogate Convention Centre • Lot 2 – Event Security and Stewarding West • Lot 3 – Event Security and Stewarding East Market Engagement was carried out for this service alongside a number of other services in July - August 2025. As part of this procurement process, any Supplier wishing to submit a tender for this Lot will be required to attend a mandatory site visit at Harrogate Convention Centre. The site visit for Lot 1 will take place on Thursday 2nd July at 10:30am – 12pm.
As part of this procurement process, any Supplier wishing to submit a tender for this Lot will be required to attend a mandatory site visit at Harrogate Convention Centre. The site visit for Lot 2 will take place on Thursday 2nd July at 1:30pm – 3:00pm (13:30 – 15:00), at Harrogate Convention Centre.
As part of this procurement process, any Supplier wishing to submit a tender for this Lot will be required to attend a mandatory site visit at Harrogate Convention Centre. The site visit for Lot 3 will take place on Tuesday 30th June at 10:30am – 12:00pm, at Scarborough Open Air Theatre.
