Joint Venture Development Partner

In order for the Council to respond to its housing needs, it is establishing a Local Authority Company – Lampton 360 Ltd. Lampton 360 Ltd will be commissioned to develop planning policy compliant housing proposals. Lampton 360 Ltd will develop sites that deliver a mix of tenures, comprising 40% of units for private sale, 40%units for affordable (24% Social Rent, 16% Intermediate), and 20% private rent. Lampton 360 Ltd are looking to work in collaboration with a private sector joint venture development partner to aid the control of future build costs, and share risk in terms of potential changes in market conditions over a longer term period. Lampton 360 Ltd are looking for partners with inner city experience.A restrictive procurement process will be followed.
