CSI-HLN-12 month Housing First Transition Service

This service will support 28 individuals to maintain their tenancies from April-June 2021 and \r avoid a return to rough sleeping by offering intensive support linked to a stable tenancy. This \r will build on a year of intensive support. Each year the Ministry of Health, Communities and Local Gvernment (MHCLG) grant is awarded to local authorities to tackle street homelessness. The timing of the grant allocation means that there is not enough time to run a competitive tender. The MHCLG has approved funding for this service for the period April-July 2021 and for period July 21-March 22.
