24 New Homes at Farmstead Road, London, SE6

Demolition of existing buildings at 56-60 Farmstead Road, London SE6 and the construction of 3, three-storey blocks to provide 24 self contained flats (16 x 2B, 8 x 3B) together with all associated works including the provision of hard and soft landscaping, refuse storage, cycle parking, installation of an electricity subsation, ancillary works and the creation of an access onto Farmstead Road. The homes will be to PHI Low Energy Buildings standard and works will be under a JCT D&B Contract for Phoenix Community Housing.
