Care and Support in Extra Care Housing

Torbay Council in partnership with Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust is seeking to procure a supplier for the provision of an integrated care and support, person centred, service for people living in Dunboyne Court and Whitley Court Extra Care Housing, Torbay. Extra Care Housing (ECH) combines care and support to maximise the independence of older people and other vulnerable people, by supporting them to live independently for as long as possible in their own home within the community. The aim of the service is to provide quality, safe and affordable housing with care and support that enables people to enjoy living independently, with purpose, to build relationships and to be able to live life to the full.
