The research will be to enable the Authority to commission robust quantitative surveys with various groups, including but not limited to, the general public and businesses; users of the GB surface rail network; and specific groups of rail users - for example, disabled passengers, users of specific routes, specific Train Operating Companies (TOCs), or in specific regions.
