Liverpool City Halls team are seeking to procure a cloud based Venue Management System, to aid efficient diary management and the efficient production and storage of records for Hire & Event Management and ensure continuity across all halls. All Halls at present including St Georges, the Town Hall and Croxteth Hall. This will be a new service as the team are currently relying on case management paper files and spreadsheets and this information is not easily shared across the venues.
