Description
This is a yearly subscription: Each year, DVSA's Customer Service Centre's key target is CCA accreditation. Having platinum membership helps DVSA work with key companies both in the private and public sector to achieving excellence within the customer contact business. Other public sector organisations enjoying success through the membership include DVLA and HMRC. CCA offer development, help and advice in deploying new channels with the business - for example web chat, an area that DVSA is exploring currently. CCA offer support and contacts that can help people through new software/innovation, an example being the new software DVSA has invested in, of which a key element.
