Construction work to deliver "The Ness" in North Lowestoft

Construction work to deliver "The Ness" in North Lowestoft. This is to deliver an already designed park area (see attached plans) with predominantly groundworks required. The contract will be a 6 month build on a JCT intermediate contract run by Concertus on behalf of Waveney District Council. The tender will be going live at the end of February 2019, with the anticipated award date by the 29th April 2019 with a start on site of 27th May 2019. Costings will be based on a bill of quantities and work is currently estimated at £700,000.
